Day One

So, I decided I am too fat. I am going to do Weight Watchers. I haven't signed up yet, but I still remember how it works. I am going to probably sign up so I can have access to their scale and other various whatnot.

Breakfast
Luna Bar 3 pts


Lunch
Lemon Meringue Yogurt 3 pts

Snack
Zone Bar 4 pts

Apple (medium- Fuji-delicious!) 1 pt
Hard boiled egg- 2 pts

Dinner
Orange Roughy (WW recipe) 3 pts
Brocolli 0 pts
2 cups 1% milk (organic) 4 pts


TOTAL: 20 pts
88 ounces of water
Walked fast for 40 minutes
